OléOlá, a musical and gastronomic experience in Madrid
Cristina Hoyos and José Carlos Plaza propose a flamenco soul experience in Madrid, which goes a step further and rediscovers the best of our culture and gastronomy, turning every moment into a moment of celebration.
The choreography was co-directed with the Extremaduran dancer Jesús Ortega, while the soundtrack was composed by José Luís de la Paz.
The proposal is not only a musical show, it also takes relevance a very careful gastronomic proposal creating a multisensory experience.
A show-dinner in a unique space, finding excellence, comfort and experience of the best food, with passion, art, and the heels of our best flamenco. Another highlight is that more than 70% of the ingredients used are from local suppliers.
The doors of the show open at 8:00 p.m., half an hour later dinner is served and at 10:00 p.m. the flamenco evening begins. The gastronomic menu varies depending on the type of ticket and there is a vegan menu for those who wish, although all of them maintain a gastronomic essence of Andalusian, Arab, gypsy and Castilian roots.
